  • 1. Log into your Nexon Passport ID.

    Before starting the migration process you will need to log into your Nexon account. If you don't have one yet, you can sign up for free here. Click Here to create a new Nexon account.

    *NOTE* Please do not access the game until migration process is complete.

  • 2. Select Ndoors or ijji.

    Once you have logged into your Nexon account, you may begin the migration process by clicking on the appropriate link below the Start Game button. If you have been playing from www.playatlantica.com, then select the Ndoors account transfer. If you have been playing from www.atlantica.ijji.com, then select the ijji account transfer.

  • 3. Verify Account

    Enter either the Ndoors or ijji login information of the account that you wish to transfer.
    *If your Ndoors/ijji email does not match your Nexon passport email, you will be sent a verification email. Please check your Ndoors/ijji email and follow the instructions on the verification email.*

  • 4. Review and Confirm.

    After your account has been verified, you will be directed to an Account Information page, where you will be able to review the list of characters on that account that will be migrated. Then, click Next to proceed. On the Transfer Agreement page, you will have the opportunity to read the details regarding your account transfer, as well as confirm the conversion of your Gcoins into NX Cash. Players MUST agree in order to continue

  • *Note*
    This is the only time for players to convert their Gcoins into NX Cash. If players refuse to convert their Gcoins at this time, they will not have another opportunity.
    You can play with either Ndoors or Nexon ID through the client launch until 4/26, but only Nexon ID will be available on the web launch.

    If your account fails, please try again. Do not try to migrate to a new NEXON ID.
  • 5. Enter a new secondary password

    Once the migration process is complete, you can click START GAME to load up Atlantica Online. You will be required to enter a new secondary password.

    Once you have set a new secondary password, you can select the server your migrated characters are from.

  • In the next screen, the Character Room which houses the migrated characters will open. To retrieve your characters, click on the characters and then click the Retrieve button. You can also Delete the characters or close the window. The Character Room will stay available as long as there are characters in it.

  • 6. Click START to enter the world of Atlantica

    The characters you retrieve from the Character Room will be available in the Character Selection Screen. As soon as they are available, you can click START to enter the world of Atlantica Online.
